Aaron Whitfield is a skilled Youth and Family Development Specialist, Author, Motivational Speaker, Podcast Content Creator, Writer, and Consultant.

Aaron Whitfield has spent a lifetime creating positive change, inspiring others, and building positive relationships throughout his community. Having spent the past ten years as an educator, library professional, and youth development specialist, Aaron has invested his skills, talents, and passions directly into the lives of those he meets. He believes that each day is an opportunity to create a positive impact in the lives of others.

Noted for working within diverse, multi-cultural community settings, Aaron's community work is featured on PBS' "Broad and High" and numerous podcasts across the United States and internationally, specifically in Ghana. In addition, he has worked locally with The Ohio State University, the Boys & Girls Club of Columbus, K.I.P.P. Journey Academy, and the famed Columbus Metropolitan Library system, creating youth-centered programming that appeals to the diverse student population of the surrounding community.

For eight years, Aaron led, designed, and directed a multi-cultural academic program for kindergarten-12th-grade students. Under his leadership, that academic program accomplished a 100% high school graduation rate, with over 94% of students attending a college, university, or trade school. He has also spent the past 15 years working as a motivational speaker, speaking at various places of religious worship, juvenile detention centers, and local business establishments.

Aaron is the owner of M.U.F.A.L.I., LLC., home to his internationally subscribed podcast, "The Semi-Social Life of a Black Introvert." Aaron is also the co-owner of P.O.W.E.E.R. Leadership Movement, LLC., a growing online youth-mentoring venture with his friend and business partner, Kevin Jenkins, Jr.

As a proud resident of Columbus, Ohio, living in the Northland community, the city's epicenter of diversity, Aaron is blessed to be married to his beautiful, intelligent, and inspiring wife. He is also a father to two vibrant, intelligent, and loving school-age children and a walking companion to Milo, the family dog. Aaron enjoys writing music, working out, playing basketball, hanging with his family, or listening to music during his leisure time.
